v. bei mir bist du schӧn - the puppini sisters
Picture this, if you will:
A warm sunny day, with the light
Streaming through your windows
And the scent of oranges
With a tinge of tomato wafting around
The room, and he waves cheerfully
As you come down your stairs,
Yawning and a tad bit
Irritable, something that disappears when he
Comes to hug you and plant a sweet
Kiss on your forehead, which makes
You laugh, while you say you're not
Presentable, to which he responds
With a wink and a contradiction
Along the lines of "muy hermosa"
And you say, "vous êtes aussi", and
There is a good morning
With kind words and breakfast for all
i could say 'bella, bella'
even 'sehr wünderbar'
each language only helps me tell you
how grand you are

I think that maybe Antonio/Isabelle (Isabelle is my fanname for Belgium) may just be the happiest and warmest of my Hetashippings so far. I mean, just look at them~! Get two happy and optimistic individuals and pair them, and you get free sunshine every time you think of them. ;w; Adding Lovino and Lars (my fanname for Netherlands) in the mix makes things crazier, but the warm and happy is still there.That or it's me being an optimist, yay! <3
As for songs, ohh I had a bit of a hard time with deciding with this one! In general most things by The Puppini Sisters remind me of these two. I can sense that warm fuzzy feeling in the girls' voices that reminds me of the pair; also, the Puppini Sisters mostly cover (love) songs in the style of a 1940's Andrew Sisters-like close harmony group, so it seems like something Tonio and Belle here would like a lot. Eventually I settled with The Puppini Sisters' cover of 'Bei Mir Bist Du Schӧn'. It's so cute! And I think it fits the two quite well. *w*
Though I could've used their cover of 'Sway' instead? Nah, I like this one well enough.
Experimented with second-person for this one. The reason for the morning/breakfastime imagery is because it's usually around a sunny breakfast-y morning where one can sense the warm and happy feeling that this pairing conveys. Also because I associate Antonio/Isabelle with morning colors (like sunlight-yellow!). Maybe this is also the anti-thesis to the 'Winter' Toris/Natalya poem from earlier, it contradicts most everything that poem has. Almost the same format, too! XD
I feel bad for not including Lovi somewhere
Oh, and, uh, sorry about the use of Google Translate for the Spanish and French. OTL Unlike most of my fics, I'm not going to provide a translation; try finding out yourselves~! :3
